The contractor shall provide a standardized capability solution for the installation of new A/V and VTC equipment in the conference/team rooms. All new equipment must include mounting hardware, cabling, fittings, complete installation, and commissioning. The contractor shall install and configure the system; the finished product shall be a completely functioning system install. All engineering, touch panel design, and system programming shall be consistent with any equipment requiring a connection, either classified or unclassified. The solution must meet the guidelines of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Video Teleconference (VTC) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG). Equipment shall support IP based VTC services compatible with using IPv4, IPv6, and Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) and the Department of Defense (DoD) Global Video Services (GVS) Network. A site visit is highly recommended. Any associated coding and passwords must be transferred to the government representative upon completion.
