The Contractor shall provide a Conference Meeting Package (CMP) for the first (1) day of the TAOS Conference. The CMP shall include complete room set up (required AV equipment) for the primary meeting room (Palm ABDE) for 475 attendees. The Contractor shall provide standard AV equipment included in the package with one (1) full-time AV technical support personnel (See Table 1). The Contractor shall furnish all requirements necessary to perform these services and shall comply with the requirements contained in this Statement of Work (SOW)
