Audio/Visual and labor support will be provided November 15 - 17, 2022. • Audio visual (AV) support to include projectors, screens, audio equipment appropriate for lecture and/or panel style discussions in each of the rooms. All meeting, administrative, registration, and exhibit rooms must have wireless high speed internet connectivity. The Contractor shall permit Government provided computer equipment to be plugged into house sound and required AV devices. AV technical support should be on hand in case of malfunction.
