The contractor shall provide all management, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation and incidentals necessary to accomplish the work required for the max load capacity assessment of all racks and mezzanines in building 1534, Bays A-F. Once the assessment has been completed, company shall label all mezzanines and racks with the max load capacity.The contractor must asses the max load capacity of the existing racks and mezzanines by a qualified structural engineer and then label the racks and mezzanines. Each rack bay shall be labeled accordingly, and labels will be yellow with bold font, waterproof, dust proof, oil proof and of anti-scratch design. Services shall be rendered at 601 Davy Crockett, San Antonio, TX 78226. No base passes are required, only prior coordination with the Facility Manager to access the workspace.
