This Sources Sought is issued solely for information and planning purposes – it does not constitute a Request for Quote (RFQ) or intent to issue a RFQ in the future. This Sources Sought does not commit the Government to contract for any service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Sources Sought; therefore, all costs associated with responding will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Sources Sought does not preclude participation in a future RFQ, if one is issued. It is the responsibility of the potential offeror to monitor www.SAM.gov for additional information pertaining to this requirement. Electronic access to the National Fire Protection Safety Codes and Standards, (NFCSS) for enterprise wide access to this multi-user subscription Must be able to provide single access point authorization for National Fire Protection Safety Codes and Standards, (NFCSS) Must provide access to current and previous editions of NFPA codes and standards and handbooks that can be viewed online Must provide access to Amended State codes. Must provide access to nearly 300 consensus-based codes and standards intended to protect lives and property from the effects of fire and other risks. Must be able to interface through the Air Force Portal Must provide access to both NFPA NFCSS and NFPA LiNK. This access will accommodate at least an estimated 600 users. Must work with contract POC to establish authentication methods to provide optimal accessibility for all eligible patrons. Security between the Website and server must be Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.3 Must be able to supply or allow retrieval of database usage statistics Must have HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) with long duration deployed on the servers to mitigate/prevent man-in-the-middle attacks Website certificates should be RSA 2048-bits (SHA256withRSA)
