The Contractor shall provide guest rooms, symposium/meeting rooms, refreshments and audiovisual support services, at a single location, for the Annual Air Force SGH/CSPAR Symposium. The Contractor shall be able to accommodate all attendees within one hotel. The hotel shall be within a 15-mile radius of the Reagan International Airport with collocated conference facilities. Hotel shall support the use of tax-exempt forms for all Air Force guests. The Contractor Employee Conference Planner (Meeting Coordinator) shall work closely with the Government Representative to execute this symposium. The Contractor shall provide hotel guest rooms, symposium/meeting rooms, and audiovisual support services for the CSPAR. The Contractor must be able to accommodate the workshop and all attendees within one hotel. The hotel must be centrally located within 15 miles of Reagan International Airport. The Contractor shall work closely with the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and Government Workshop Team to successfully execute this workshop.
