This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is RFP# FA805222R0005 and is being solicited through Full and Open Competition under NAICS 811219, Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance with a small business size standard of $22M. The 773d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (773d ESS) intends to award a combination Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Time and Materials (T&M) commercial, non-personal services contract to provide qualified skilled technicians or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) certified technicians for all management, supervision, supplies, material and equipment necessary to provide repair and maintenance services for Air Force (AF) Medical Hazardous Air Pollutants on Site Extended Range (HAPSITE ER) GC/MS system components, Service Module, and Headspace, including software updates and 24/7 telephone reach back support. Amendment 0001: a) Revise the Submission Instructions under Factor 1: Technical Capability, Sub-factor 1.1. The performance proposal page limit has been increased from 5 pages to 10 pages. b) Update section J: List of Attachments. Attachment #2 has been added, titled Parts and Pricing List - HAPSITE ER GC/MS, Service Module, and Headspace. Please see all attached documents.
