Funds are not... Related Notice: Federal Business Opportunities posting for Solicitation Number FA8052-19-R-A-002, entitled "Air Force Drug Testing Laboratory (AFDTL) Support Services. Notice to Offeror. Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse any Offeror for any costs. This requirement is for AFDTL support services to provide nineteen (19) full time equivalents (FTEs) with specific qualifications in different labor categories to include Medical Laboratory Technician-Team Lead (MLT-TL) (two (2) FTE); Medical Laboratory Technicians - Specimen Processing (MLT-SP) (eight (8) FTEs); Data Entry Clerks (four (4) FTE); Analytical Scientist (two (2) FTEs), and Information Technology Support (three (3) FTEs). These nineteen (19) FTEs will provide support services for the AFDTL, one (1) of six (6) Department of Defense (DoD) laboratories supporting the DoD Drug Demand Reduction Program. This requirement includes specific personnel qualifications, overtime, and travel. The place of performance is 2480 Ladd Street, Building 3750, JBSA-Lackland, TX.
