This is a performance based non-personal services requirement located within the office of the Air Force Medical Service (AFMS), Air Force Surgeon General (AF/SG), Policy and Resources (SGMED), Strategy and Capabilities Division (SG5), Falls Church, Virginia. The requirement includes all aspects of strategy management as follows but not limited to strategic foresight, strategic planning, strategy development (recommend strategic objectives, define vision, define targets for mission relevant organizational alignment), strategy execution, integration, communication, quarterly performance analysis and monitoring, semi-annual foresight alignment assessment, and recommendations for adjustments. Additionally, the requirement encompasses project and business management, program analysis, consultant services, facilitation, subject matter and managerial expertise in support all aspects of strategy management.
