AFCAP VI is a multiple-award IDIQ contract for rapid, global contingency planning, logistics, and emergency construction support to the Department of the Air Force, other DoD components, and Federal agencies. Performance is worldwide, including both CONUS and OCONUS. It provides full-range base operating/life support and logistics, commodities, and services on an as-required basis across missions such as major theater war, small-scale contingencies, irregular warfare, humanitarian/security assistance, peacekeeping, counterdrug/counterterrorism, and emergency support. The scope also includes infrastructure/facility design/build, design/build/operate, demolition, site restoration, deliberate and crisis action planning, and authorized military exercises. Contractors should be capable of rapid-response global force multiplier support for commanders and Government agencies.
