*** Questions and Answers Added, 9/16/21 *** *** Amendment 01*** Section 2.1.6 of the SOW has been changed from “2.1.6. Must provide student with civilian certification based on both crane type and crane capacity.” to “2.1.6 Must provide students with civilian certification that encompasses the following (at a minimum) crane types and/or tonnage capacity.” SOW dated 13 Sep 21 has been added. All other aspects remain unchanged. The purpose of this requirement is to provide National Crane Certifications for Air Force Civil Engineer Equipment Crane Operators which is same as industry standard. The intent is to provide instructor training “Train-the-Trainer”, purchase 300 certifications for the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC), to in-turn train in-house operators, and certify five (5) training sites, designated by AFCEC identified below. Eight (8) Air Force Civil Engineer operators, will attend an approved mobile crane certification course “Train-the-Trainer” with an accredited civilian certification for all 50 states, to become instructors. These certified Air Force instructors will in turn train and certify 300 US Air Force Civil Crane Operators on their respective sites.
