The U.S. Air Force is seeking information for cathodic protection survey, inventory, and assessment services. Installations use impressed current and galvanic cathodic protection systems to prevent corrosion of critical underground and submerged metallic infrastructure such as fuel lines, water tanks, and distribution piping. The objective is to procure certified NACE/AMPP corrosion technical services to perform inventory, surveys, assessments, and record-keeping required by UFM 3-570-06, Chapter 3.
