The Government intends to award one contract to the responsible Offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Government. The contractor shall provide services required to support the Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Care and Maintenance Services - West Region for the United States Air Force (USAF) installations within the Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside the Contiguous United States (OCONUS) IAW PWS requirements outlined in Attachment 1 - F&ES PPE PWS Care Maint Svcs - West Region 11.27.24. The Offeror must be capable of providing F&ES PPE Services to ALL bases listed in Attachment 2 - F&ES PPE Care & Maint Svcs West Region Coverage and Attachment 3 - USAF Fire Station List 2024 - West Region. Period of Performance (PoP). The performance period for this IDIQ contract is intended to be three years with a six-month extension option (if needed) consisting of the following: One Base Year (1 Apr 2025 – 31 Mar 2026) Two, one-year option year, Option Year 1 (1 Apr 2026 – 31 Mar 2027) Option Year 2 (1 Apr 2027 – 31 Mar 2028) One, six-month extension option (1 Apr 2028 – 30 Sept 2028) Note: Dates are subject to change.
