This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 772nd Enterprise Sourcing Squadron intends to procure Structural-Proximity Pull-On Boots. The designated NAICS Code is 316210. As part of its market research, 772 ESS is issuing this Sources Sought to determine if there exists an adequate number of qualified interested contractors capable of providing the requirement. The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. The products MUST meet the four (4) criteria below and the attached specifications (Attachment 1): Be interoperable with the Joint Firefighter Integrated Response Ensemble (JFIRE); Properly interface between ensemble elements (i.e., structural or proximity pants-to-footwear); Be National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 1971 and NFPA 1992 certified and Be Berry Amendment compliant (10 U.S.C. 2553a) The only known manufacturer meeting the required specifications above is: Globe Holding Company, LLC 37 Louden Rd Pittsfield, NH 03623 Your response shall include the following information: · Cage code Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and any alternative products presented are compliant with the listed specifications.
