The purpose of this contract vehicle is to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Recommissioning and Energy Optimization Services (HVAC-REOS) under a single award, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (ID/IQ), firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.2, Fixed-Price Contracts. The Government shall issue unilateral task orders (TOs) for specific HVAC-REOS requirements using prepriced FFP Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) over a five (5) year performance period. TOs shall be centrally managed by AFCEC/COMR and 772’d Enterprise Sourcing Squadron (772 ESS/PKD). The Contractor shall provide technically qualified labor, experienced management, and the required tools and equipment to perform HVAC-REOS for the Government. Contractor services shall support base-level Civil Engineers (CE) at selected AF facilities throughout the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska and Hawaii. The Contractor shall perform HAVC-REOS tasks IAW Unified Facility Guide Specifications (UFGS) and specified guidance identified in this Section 2.0 of the basic contract PWS.
