This is a performance-based, non-personal advisory and assistance services requirement supporting AFMEDCOM A4/10C medical CBRN programs. The contractor would provide full-range technical and analytical support for Department of the Air Force organizational medical CBRN requirements, readiness, consequence management, and installation/homeland and expeditionary/deployed medical response under the Air Force Medical All Hazards Support concept. Technical support must include medical CBRN expertise. The Government will retain rights to all intellectual property produced in developing, deploying, training, using, and supporting AFMEDCOM. This is an RFI; the Government does not intend to award a contract based on it or pay for information, and responses will be treated as information only, not proposals.
