The Air Force intends to award a sole-source contract to Sherpa 6, Inc. for its Watchtower Mobile Device Management platform to manage Android devices in disconnected environments. The scope includes providing licenses, configuring the platform to manage 200 devices, and providing on-site training. The period of performance is 365 days from the award date, which is anticipated on or about April 1, 2026. The Government will consider capability statements from other sources received within 15 days of the notice's issuance to determine if a competitive procurement is possible.
