The solution must incorporate a project delivery navigator integrating various data types and consider external factors like commodity prices and labor dynamics. This is a general competitive solicitation for innovative commercial items, technologies, and services to fulfill requirements or close capability gaps for the Air Force Installation and Mission Support Center (AFIMSC).
