The contractor shall provide equipment facilitator services to provide oversight, management, establishment, operation, and sustainment of the Combat Support Training Range (CSTR) program. The CSTR Program Management Office is managed by the Air Force Installation Mission Support Command (AFIMSC) with support from the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and the Air Force Security Forces Center (AFSFC). The contractor shall provide enough personnel, equipment, materials, tools, and assets to perform the responsibilities outlined in the performance work statement (PWS).
