Garrison Operations is a Facility Management (FM) service that provides sustainability, support, safety, and maintenance to the operational functions of the buildings, grounds, and infrastructure assigned to DDGCRTC located inside Fort Bliss Army Post property. FM shall also provide transit bus services, which is a collaboration between various functions with DDGCRTC in order to safely transport students to and from facilities, and airports.
