Post answers to Questions: - See Q&A Attachment. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is executed in accordance with the commercial acquisition procedures of FAR Part 12 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) of FAR 13 as supplemented (Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07/9-10-2021). This is not a Source Selection; the procedures of FAR 15 do not apply. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The scope of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is for the transportation of Military Working Dogs (MWDs) procured by the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) from various locations to Joint Base San Antonio, Texas, United States.
