This is to correct that. ***************************************************************************************************************** Amendment 2 Publishes the most current versions of: Attachment 3, Section L, para 5.2, 5.2.1, 5.2.10 and 6; Attachment 7, Section L, Appendix 4, to update Block 19 to allow for additional characters and Questions and Answers Round 1 -4 (11.22.2019) has the 13 questions received and their answers. ***************************************************************************************************************** The posting this morning did not successfully post the amended solicitation just the SF 30. Also, question #45 had a clarification that came in this afternoon which is now attached. ***************************************************************************************************************** **Due to system requirements a state must be chosen for Performance Location; however, this work will be for all the United States excluding Hawaii.** Amendment 1 Extends the closing date to 2 Dec 2019 Publishes the most current versions of: the Statement of Work (SOW) with version 3 dated 13 Nov 19; Attachment 3, Section L, para 3.1, 4.2, 5.1.4, 5.2.11, 5.3, 6.1.1.1, 6.1.1.2, 6.1.2.1, 6.1.3; Attachment 4, Section L, Appendix 1, to update the error for the ZIP code and add a block for the Tax Identification Number (TIN); Attachment 6, Section L, Appendix 3, to add the name block to the header in each region and correct the alignment of the cells for region 5; Attachment 7, Section L, Appendix 4, to add the block for "Project Date of Award". Attachment 8, section M, para 2.2.1.1 and 2.2.1.3. Incorporates the following AFFARS Clauses: 5352.223-9000, 5352.223-9001, 5352.242-9000, 5352.242-9001, and 5352.201-9101; and Questions and Answers Round 2 (11.20.2019) has the 53 questions received and their answers.
