THIS IS AN INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE/SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. The Air Force Installation Contracting Center (AFICC) is seeking to purchase a market analysis subscription for 12 months with two (2) 12-month options to assist with market research trend analysis for strategic sourcing opportunities and category management. The subscription shall consist of nontransferable and nonexclusive Departmental License for 12 months inclusive of unlimited access for unlimited users for an active archive of at least 1,000 reports as well as those published between now and the end of the total license period. The subscription fee should also include training and website walkthroughs for all team members and a dedicated client relationship manager to provide training and act as a liaison between AFICC and the analysts. Subscription and reports should include the following features: Benchmarking Leverage assessments Supply chain risk Pricing forecasts Analysis of price drivers Templates and suggestions for requests for proposals in the respective market segments Major vendor statistics Emerging Trends & Technology analysis Labor Rates for Services SWOT Analysis On-Demand Report Update Request button for reports 12 months or older This announcement is solely for informational and planning purposes and is not a solicitation or Request for Quote.
