This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Langley Air Force Base is seeking quotations for all non-personal services to include labor, supervision, vehicles, tools, equipment, parts, personal protective equipment and services to perform inspection, maintenance and repair services on the Small Training Range Bullet Trap System and Contech Storm Filtration System at JBLE-Langley, VA. Further details are in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Request for Quotations (RFQ) FA480024Q0009. The Government will utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13 for this requirement. Offerors are encouraged to prepare their quotations in a straightforward, clear, and concise manner that directly addresses the requirements of the solicitation. While detail and specificity are important to demonstrate your capabilities and approach, the emphasis should be on simplicity and clarity to ensure that your proposal is easily understood and evaluated by the Government.
