This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 721110, PSC/FSC X1AB, this requirement is totally set aside for small business concerns. Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST), Thursday, 6 April 2023. All questions regarding this RFQ are due in writing by 14:00 EST, Wednesday, 5 April 2023. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to diane.feguer@us.af.mil. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time. The result of this RFQ will be a firm-fixed price contract for a single venue for USCYBERCOM Program Increment Planning Event Venue that meets or exceeds the requirements provided. FUNDING INFORMATION AND QUOTE DURATION INFORMATION Funding is available Quote Expiration: 9 Days EVALUATION CRITERIA: The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offer, whose quote, conforms to this RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: PRICE: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror whose quote meets the technical requirements outlined in this RFQ. REGISTRATIONS: To be awarded a contract with the United States Air Force, and/or the United States Government, all vendors must have a UEI number, a CAGE code, and be SAM-registered (IAW FAR 4.1102). SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: -Must be available from 18 April 2023 - 20 April 2023 from 0600hrs - 2000hrs each day -No more than 35 miles away from 9800 Savage Rd. Fort Meade, MD 20755 -Onsite parking must be available -Minimum capacity of 230 people -Can provide 15 white boards -Must provide a sound system - minimum requirements are 2 speakers, 1 wired microphone, mixer and all necessary cabling -Provide all necessary chairs and tables for minimum capacity - must be able to provide a classroom setup with the ability to adjust table and chairs. -Presentation screen and applicable equipment - screen size must be able to provide 100" display area -Wi-Fi available for all attendees.
