This is seeking potential offerors capable of supporting a requirement to conduct Support the Department of Air Force (DAF) Counter Insider Threat (C-InT) Program the Risk Management Framework (RMF)) process to yield the required assessment and security products, as defined by DODI 8510.01. The Air Force requires that offerors must use the Cogynt suite of solutions developed by Cogility Software Solutions as any other software would represent a large duplication of cost already incurred.
