USAF Band Exhibit Booth
The U.S. Air Force Band seeks one Government-owned 10-foot by 30-foot modular trade-show exhibit for outreach and recruiting activities, including project management, design, engineering, a collapsible lightweight metal structure, replaceable SEG/tension-fabric graphics, a centrally positioned 75-inch-class digital display system, reception furniture, cable management, shipping crates, staging, acceptance testing, training, documentation, warranty support, and delivery to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling or another designated National Capital Region location. The exhibit must have no primary wood wall framing, support a minimum seven-year service life under repeated freight, assembly, dismantling, and storage, and use Government-furnished Air Force branding and imagery. The digital display package must include mounting, power and signal connectivity, adapters or control accessories, manufacturer data, training, and warranty, with any required playback device, software, or license included or clearly identified as a separately priced option. The reception/recruiting counter requires lockable storage, a durable work surface, integrated lighting, and concealed cable management, while shipping should target no more than three crates and assembly should target no more than four trained personnel within eight labor hours. Full contractor-facility staging, Government inspection, deficiency correction, training, packing plan, inventory, manuals, and delivery are required no later than 30 November 2026, along with warranty, replacement-part availability, and nationwide support for recurring convention use.
