Work will include fittings, sewing, and finishing. Tunics shall be completed in small batches of 5-10, and each batch shall be completed within 4 weeks of initial fitting. The USAF Band shall provide base tunic garments and matching fabric. The vendor shall provide all tools and notions for completion.
