This Sources Sought Notification (SSN) is to conduct market research to identify potential responsible sources. For the purposes of this inquiry, a responsible source is defined as an entity capable of performing work that wholly meets the requirement laid out by the attached PWS. The Government will use the information gathered through publication of this SSN to determine the best acquisition strategy for this requirement. The Government is interested in all potential business who have the capability to execute the work described in the PWS.
