The Contractor shall repair the leaks previously found on Chiller 1. Purge connection, solenoid valves, and evaporator charging valves. Evacuate the system refrigerant and recharge the Chiller with recovered refrigerant. Trim the charge with 300 pounds of new R123 refrigerant. Finally, reinsulate all areas that were removed due to leak check. The Contractor shall conduct electronic leak test as required and report minor leaks. Tighten all exposed flanges and seal all bolts. Inspect purge system and inspect and calibrate safety controls. Change oil & purge filters. Report any uncorrected deficiencies noted. Condenser tube cleaning provided machine is flanged so that heads can be readily removed, and valves are in good operating condition. The Contractor will clean up any debris, dust, or other materials that may have been generated during the duct cleaning process. They will also dispose of any waste materials adequately, ensuring that the workspace remains clean and debris-free after cleaning.
