The Contractor is responsible for the maintenance services of opening and closing the three (3) pools on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. The opening of the pool will take place during the spring months (April through May), with full operations taking place in the summer months (May through mid-September) and the closing of the pool will take place during the fall months (September through October). The opening and closing maintenance tasks include, but are not limited to, the following: power washing, acid washing, rinsing, stain removing, sanitizing, oxidizing, brushing, scrubbing, bleaching, patching plaster, chemical balancing, draining and reassembling system equipment. Amendment 0002 - Changes: 1) Revised the Combined Synopsis with all questions due on or before 4:00 PM ET, 19 March 24, 2) Answers will be posted to SAM.gov not later than 21 March 24. 3) Offers are due on or before 4:00 PM ET, 28 March 24. Offers shall be valid for a period no less than 90 days. Please request read receipt on all submitted quotes. Per original solicitation notice and Amendment 0001 and 0002, a site visit was held on 15 March 2024.
