All calls against BPAs shall be used to support contingency responses and enable the rapid delivery of ECP equipment from commercial sources in order to support shaping and contingency operations.. The critical performance requirements for this BPA are for vendors to provide requested products and services within 48 hours of an order being placed. The Vendors will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment and delivery.
