This solicitation is being cancel the solicitation in its entirety and no award will be made. AMENDMENT 2 (7/18/24): This solicitation is being amended to update the following: 1) Attachment 1 - PWS_Marriage and Family Retreat, dated 9 July 2023 is bring amended to correct discprepancies related the Paragraph 6(g) Breakout Room. Specifically, this amendment identifies that A/V will not be required in the Breakout Room. 2) Added Attachment 4 - JBAB Chapel Marriage and Family Retreat Q and A Response (FA706024Q0019) AMENDMENT 1 (7/16/24): This solicitation is being amended to update the following: 1) Attachment 2 - Pricing Worksheet adjusted to reflect a downward adjustment from 120 rooms to 60 rooms (30 rooms for two (2) nights) IAW Attachment Attachment 1 - PWS_Marriage and Family Retreat dated 9 July 2024 and the expressed needs for this retreat. 2) Attachment 2 - Pricing Worksheet adjusted to relfect Period of Performance of 23-25 August IAW Attachment Attachment 1 - PWS_Marriage and Family Retreat dated 9 July 2024 and the expressed needs for this retreat. Joint Base Anacostia-Bollling seeks to obtain event planning services to fulfill The FY24 JBAB Chapel Marriage and Family Retreat. The Contractor shall provide event lodging, meals, conference space, audio visual equipment and support, and childcare for the event dates. Services are to be performed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), dated 9 July 2024. Period of Performance is 23 August 2024 - 25 August 2024. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Commercial Services Contract. Award is anticipated to be made, in accordance with the acquisition procedures established in FAR 12. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office or Contracting Officer. All amendments will be posted to www.SAM.gov. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to update files. Offeror(s) registration will be verified and reviewed at the time of proposal submission and contract award. Failure to have and maintain an active registration on both websites will cause offeror(s) to be ineligible for award or future awards. Further, the submitted proposal will be labeled as non-responsive and not considered for award.
