The U.S. Air Force (USAF) Honor Guard has a requirement for consistent outdoor and indoor training with OCP boots, wearing down often. The procurement of OCP Boots is to assure uniformity of excellent appearance. This will be a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the procurement of commercial OCP Boots for the USAF Honor Guard located at Bolling Air Force Base, DC. These boots are used daily, or on an as needed training basis for presidential ceremonies, funerals, and other high visibility ceremonies. Please see Statement of Work for details.
