Upon an ini... The contractor shall provide portable latrines to be located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C. Exact locations will be determined by the government with each BPA call/order. Upon an initial BPA call being placed, delivery of requested latrines should be in place and ready to use by the beginning of the day they are requested. This BPA will include the rental of the portable latrines, delivery of the portable latrines, provisions of all consumables associated with portable latrines (toilet issue, towels, hand sanitizer, etc.) and the weekly servicing of the latrines or servicing as requested. The contractor shall perform the required portable latrine servicing as listed in Appendix No. 2 of this SOW and all supplemental instructions by the CO/COR.
