The Contractor shall provide non-personal services to include all personnel, labor, tools, equipment, uniforms, material, supervision, transportation, and other items necessary to perform Sports Officiating and Scorekeeping services for all Varsity Adult Sports, Intramural/Adult and Youth Sports activities as defined in this performance work statement. This requirement is for indefinite delivery indefinite quantity effort and will be for a five year period with one base year and four option years.
