The Ceremonial Lawn located on Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling is used for high level ceremonies (i.e., change of commands, retirements and military tattoos). The existing hardware in these areas is not sufficient for modern uses of the facilities. This requirement is to upgrade the Audio/information technology equipment on the historic ceremonial lawn. This includes removal of old equipment, prepping new equipment, installing new equipment and training members of the organization on the proper use of the equipment to allow for the use of these systems in hosting high level events.
