This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 315220, PSC/FSC 8415 and the small business size standard is 750 employees. This proposed acquisition is set aside as a 100% small business set-aside. All small businesses are encouraged to participate by submitting an offer. The Contractor shall provide all management, personnel, transportation, supervision, and other items necessary to provide ceremonial overcoats for use by the USAF Band as defined in the attached salient characteristics.
