This is a Non-Personal Service requirement for Fitness Professionals for Aerobic Classes. The Contractor shall provide certified fitness professionals for our aerobic classes for the Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department of Joint Base Anacostia – Bolling (JBAB), Washington, D.C., in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Contractor shall provide a varied program of wholesome and constructive off-duty recreation activities for Air Force/ Military personnel and their family members which will effectively contribute to the mental, physical, social and educational enrichment of participants. Professionals shall have current certification from the governing body and/or in accordance with the class being taught. The Contractor shall provide a list of professionals to the Program Director prior to the start of the year. Only these professionals will be authorized access to JBAB. The services to be performed herein shall be performed at JBAB. The specific locations of the classes will be designated at the Aerobic Center or the Basketball court if the Aerobic Center is closed.
