The option CLIN 0002, for the 3-Foot Head and Shoulders Colonel Raynal C. Bolling Bronze Statue, with Base/Platform will be used if there are not enough funds to cover CLIN 0001. The statue base/platform should be of similar quality to the bronze statue. Delivery will be made to Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington D.C. In addition, after award of the purchase award, a final drawing (from a small scale model) is required to be submitted to the Contracting Officer (nathan.wallace.4@us.af.mil) and must be approval prior to the bronze casting process.
