This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 531120, PSC/FSC X1JZ, this requirement is unrestricted. Please provide a quote for the items listed below by 14:00 Eastern Standard Time (EST), Friday, 22 July 2022. All questions regarding this RFQ are due in writing by 14:00 EST, Tuesday, 19 July 2022. Quotes and questions shall be submitted via email to diane.feguer@us.af.mil. The Government has no obligation to answer any questions received after the due date and time. The result of this RFQ will be a firm-fixed price contract for a single venue for the USAF Band’s Holiday Concert Series that meets or exceeds the requirements provided. Please provide the following: 1. Pricing for the CLIN in the table below, 2. Specifications that demonstrate the offer meets or exceeds all requirements 3. Complete the Offeror Information table ****THIS IS A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT FOR THE DAR CONSTITUION HALL****** FUNDING INFORMATION AND QUOTE DURATION INFORMATION Quote Expiration: 90 Days EVALUATION CRITERIA: The Government will award a firm fixed price contract resulting from this RFQ to the responsible offer, whose quote, conforms to this RFQ and will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: PRICE: Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror whose quote meets the technical requirements outlined in this RFQ. REGISTRATIONS: To be awarded a contract with the United States Air Force, and/or the United States Government, all vendors must have a UEI number, a CAGE code, and be SAM-registered (IAW FAR 4.1102). SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS Stage: -Minimum 78’ wide and 36’ deep (with use of extension if needed) -If stage extension is used, decking must be Wenger Versalite decking or similar, to be installed by vendor prior to load-in by the USAF Band -Minimum 24’ high from stage to lowest hanging truss Lighting: -Minimum 2 follow spots, 2000W -Fixed rigging points to allow upstage, downstage, and mid-hall truss as required by USAF Band lighting director and video team Audio: -Meyer M1D (or similar) Line Array side hangs and front lip fills Seating: -Capacity between 2500-3500 seats (general seating) -Minimum 12 “VIP” boxes to accommodate 4-8 members per box Location: -Hall should be located within 10 miles of Joint Base Anacostia Bolling, in Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC Miscellaneous: -Piano(s) available upon request (please add any applicable fee as an option); Steinway, Yamaha, or similar; 9’ grand and baby grand -3-4 large dressing rooms to accommodate 80 members of the USAF Band -Minimum 4 private dressing rooms on stage level for conductor, guest artists, etc. that may also be used for production/audio record space -Reception space (please add any applicable fee as an option) for post-concert meet and greet that can accommodate up to 45 guests Availability: -Hall must be exclusively available for performances by the USAF Band 9-11 December 2022 -Load-in set to begin no later than 5 December 2022
