Civil Engineering Multi-Service (Base Year plus 4 Options). This service will cover all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform various tasks pertaining to facility management services on Joint Base Bolling Anacostia (JBAB). Services include; servicing Oil Water Separators, Grease Traps, Kitchen Exhaust Hoods, Dryer Vent Clean-out, Fire Protection, and HVAC/Water Testing and Treatment with all work being accomplished IAW Air Force and Washington DC laws and regulations.
