AFOTEC Exercise Court
This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, Firm-Fixed Price contract for furnishing all materials, labor, and supervision to perform work at the AFOTEC Building 20130, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico. The evaluation will consider price, past performance, and technical approach, with the award going to the offer providing the best value to the government. A site visit is scheduled for July 24th at 2:00 PM MDT, and questions must be submitted by July 29th at Noon MDT. Funds are currently unavailable for this requirement, though funding is anticipated but not yet certified. The contractor must provide U.S. citizens to perform the work and include a timeline, personnel count, and staffing capability in their quote.
