It is the Government’s intent to understand the market environment regarding specific, critical labor categories contained within the OASIS PWS. A sole source contract is being considered and this RFI is designed to allow the Government to better understand the capabilities of the 8(a) Small Business subpool to support the labor categories (LCATs) critical to this mission.
