The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and other technical services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) for A3 Readiness Analysis. Contractors will assist AFCYBER in readiness discussions and data analysis. The contractor shall identify, prioritize, and provide specific actions or recommendations to mitigate readiness shortfalls/deficiencies and provide analysis to enhance readiness levels. Services shall include the following: Review and analyze the operational readiness of assigned forces to accomplish the assigned mission. Monitor subordinate unit overall readiness and drive recommendations both internal to AFCYBER and external to USCYBERCOM, other Major Commands (MAJCOMs), and HQ AF, and provide senior leadership executable courses of action/recommendations for resolution. Analyze, recommend, and execute MET alignment, and DOC Statements development/assignment per AF, DOD, and USCYBERCOM guidance. Analyze, assess, and provide recommendations of AFCYBER readiness and subordinate unit capabilities to execute operations across the spectrum of conflict.
