The Government is seeking well defined responses with supporting documentation to assist with developing the acquisition strategy. All responses must be submitted via email to the contacts identified below. ***All information provided is optional; however, it will be used to assisting the Government in determining its acquisition strategy*** Description(s): Customer Relationship Management (CRM) will be used to automate the Government’s business processes, replace legacy IT (Information Technology) systems, and aid in the overall digital transformation of the AF/A1 portfolio. AF/AF1 manages the USAF’s portfolio of Talent Management technology and has chosen to employ agile methods to digitally transformtheir portfolio. Salesforce is a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) CRM solution used to support the transformation of several talent management systems and provide necessary capabilities required to support business processes and requirements for the future. SaaS delivery models offer a highly secure environment, enable tools to be available directly through a web browser with no software to download or hardware to install. The implementation of AF/A1’s CRM solution will provide customer engagement and human resource capabilities for Total Force, will improve Airman efficiency, and save time by reducing duplication of effort across multiple outdated legacy systems.
