An exception to fair opportunity proposal request (FOPR) was sent to Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH) on 15Aug 19. Since the performance on this contract is a continuation from support currently received by BAH.The AF’s readiness reporting, predictive analysis, Strategic Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (SPPBE) support, project management, and strategic communication capabilities sustain the overall Readiness Analysis and Decision Support Enterprise mission in an objective, consistent and responsive manner. The objectives are to assess and improve AF readiness reporting, capture and quantify essential readiness reporting authoritative data for readiness and resourcing forecasts, influence Readiness options in the Air Force Corporate Structure (AFCS), and strategically communicate AF readiness messaging to external audiences, to include Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the United States Congress. In order to continue meet there objectives, they must obtain the support to provide a full range of Analytical, Advisory and Assistance Services encompassing project management, data capture, strategic communications, information analyses, programming and budgetary activities, and consultant and subject matter expertise to support SecAF and CSAF readiness improvement efforts. This greater effort will require responsive and adaptable emerging technologies, to include predictive tools, flexible data analytics and optimization of resources for all proposed countermeasures that will shape and provide an output that focuses on the Air Force’s capabilities to support the high-end fight
