The United States Air Force intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to a single source, Straxis, LLC., 1305 E. 15th Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74120 for continuation of operations and maintenance services for the USAF Connect Application, Content Management System, Favorites Portal/Sub-Apps, and mobile CAC. These services include ongoing maintenance required to meet security requriements and operating system updates, adequate server and infrastructure maintenance to host the application, and implementation or activitation of inactive organizations under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(ii), Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 U.S.C. 1901), on about 10 September 2021. The period of performance (PoP) shall be from 1 October 2021 – 31 September 2022. Four one-year options are anticipated that would extend the PoP through 31 September 2026. PSC: DA10, IT and Telecom - Business Application/application Development Software as a Service NAICS: 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services Size Standard: $30M Product description: This requirement is for sustainment and capability to build out AF Connect as part of A1's Digital Transformation Program. AF Connect is an enterprise-wide command information app that consolidates all Air Force Public Affairs (PA) mobile apps into one single platform for the Department of the Air Force. The app content is managed at the local level through a web-based Content Management System (CMS) by Public Affairs staff. AF Connect also enables secure access to .mil email and websites when paired with a mobile CAC (Common Access Card) reader. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the Government. The Government will consider responses received within 7 days of issuance of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a full and open competitive procurement or a small business set aside competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this announcement. A determination not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Contractors should be aware of the following information: 1.
