The Air Force Cost Analysis Agency seeks to modernize its cost estimating and analysis capabilities by improving data quality, building centralized databases, and developing new analytical tools. The objective is to enhance the timeliness and quality of cost estimates for budgeting and acquisition decisions, as well as to enable rapid force design and trade-off analysis. The agency is requesting capability statements and feedback on its draft documents from interested vendors. A virtual industry day is planned following this market research phase.
