The Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) requires specialized Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support to enhance its investigative capabilities, protect resources, and manage advanced technologies against criminal and foreign cyber threats. The required services include research, development, program integration, strategy, and systems engineering, focusing on cyber support and mission management. The Government anticipates awarding a hybrid Firm-Fixed Price and Time & Materials contract. The performance period includes a one-year base period with two one-year options and a potential six-month extension.
